We are a DMC of Finland that provides on ground services in Finland to customers of travel agents. For example if a travel agent from Singapore wants to arrange tour package for their customer in Finland, they get B2B prices of tours and services from us and our team take care of their customers.
As of DMC of Finland we have tied up with more than 2500 hotels all over Finland, so we able to provide better accommodation prices to our agents, we also have a fleet of various category of cars which helps us giving better and equipped transportation service to our clients and we also have contracted tie ups with vendors for various activities and services.
We have 2 reliable options of collecting payment -
1) We receive online payment via card, however travel agents will have to make sure that their card is equipped to make international payments.
2) The other option is Bank transfer. Travel agents from other parts of world do Bank remittances to our international bank account which will be mentioned on Invoice.
The cancellation policies are always dynamic as per the tour type, scenario and timings. When you get itinerary on email, As a responsible DMC of Finland, we mention cancellation policies.
Our USP is that we make relationships instead of just doing business. You will be assigned proper dedicated account manager who will give you knowledge and service details.
Yes, we provide services in Sweden, Norway, Tallinn, Iceland and Denmark. We are officially a DMC for these Schengen states also.
